Sometimes a moment cannot be fully enjoyed until I put it on paper.
Documentation is something I have focused on and explored this summer. I have been interested in how capturing a moment, with a photo or on paper, creates a time loop. Its an illusion convincing us that we can enter into the moment again at any time. It becomes its own world and can be shared with other people not just ourselves.
I have been experimenting in capturing moments with smell, emotive quick drawings/paintings, photos, and writings.
